- The domains are being sold as a group, and will not be sold individually.
- Bids will be accepted through August 20
- Domains may be sold at any time for $82,000.
- $5,000 deposit is required for each bid
- The entire $5,000 deposit will apply toward the purchase price of the domain
- The entire $5,000 deposit will be returned to those not winning the bid via Cashiers check after sale of domains
- No interest will be paid on bid deposits
- Bids will be published at the bottom of this list
- Deposit shall be made out to Robert Andrews (Owner of the domains)
- If the asking price of $82,000 is not met by August 20, all three domains as a set shall be transferred to the highest bidder for the bid amount.
- If the winning bid amount is not (or cannot) be paid, the deposit shall be forfeited and the domains will be offered to the next highest bidder under the same conditions as the highest bidder, at the price offered by the next highest bidder.
- Complete transfer of the domains will be conducted in the same manner as if the domains sold for the full price of $82,000.
- Bidding will be similar to eBay, in that bids will be increased in increments of $1,000 with the maximum bid being applied only in case of being outbid. An eMail will go out to all bidders as the bid amount changes.
